• Provide operational and disciplinary guidance for a team in accordance with qualitative and quantitative project goals.
• Hold regular employee meetings to address technical, organizational, and performance-related topics.
• Organize and lead team meetings.
• Monitor team performance, ensure quality, and mentor team members.
• Actively participate in and enhance project processes.
• Ensure and promote advancements in productivity and profitability.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
• Leadership experience within a call center or customer service setting.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Strong judgment abilities and assertiveness.
• Structured, performance-driven, and revenue-oriented working approach.
• High self-motivation, strong dedication, and capability to work independently.
• Full-time freelance opportunity based in Bosnia.
