This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a significant volume of both inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing patients with accurate information about services offered.
• Schedule patient appointments utilizing the organization's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Inform patients about healthcare services, office protocols, and available resources.
• Record all patient interactions and ensure precise call logs are maintained in the relevant systems.
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to guarantee a smooth patient experience.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to uphold patient confidentiality and ensure data security.
• An associate degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in a call center setting is desired.
• One to two (1-2) years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, and/or auditing.
• Must be bilingual in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Korean, Albanian, or a similar language.
• Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
