Call Center Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to as many as 30 homeowners per hour while managing a substantial influx of inbound calls from homeowners who have reached out through our marketing channels.

• Accurately record and monitor all scheduled appointments to ensure that all future customer demonstrations and pricing actions adhere to company standards.

• Handle a large volume of both inbound and outbound calls while effectively multitasking across various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on metrics.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

• Residency in Knoxville is required for this position.

• Our comprehensive 6-8 week paid training will be conducted entirely remotely.
