This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into confirmed self-storage rentals.
• Assist customers in exploring unit options and pricing, aligning their needs with suitable solutions.
• Engage in upselling when appropriate to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.
• Manage move-out calls with empathy, focusing on customer retention through personalized responses.
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM in a timely manner.
• Achieve key performance indicators: conversions, follow-ups, and call volume targets.
• Participate in team huddles and training sessions to maintain high skill levels.
• Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service at all times.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (additional experience in both is a plus).
• Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent listening abilities.
• Driven by goals, competitive, and motivated to surpass targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems, call software, and general technology (such as Microsoft Office).
• Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a readiness to tackle problems.
• Must possess technological proficiency and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple platforms during live calls.
• Availability to work within US time zones is required.
• A minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is necessary.
