Call Center Representative – Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from members seeking emergency roadside assistance, including services like towing, locksmith, fuel delivery, battery jumps, and minor mechanical repairs.

• Assess the nature of the member’s emergency to ensure their immediate safety, while accurately documenting the details in a timely manner.

• Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor, particularly during high-pressure calls.

• Communicate essential information to both internal and external teams to accelerate the dispatch process.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the seamless operation of our Emergency Roadside Service.

• Excel in a structured environment where performance targets are established and evaluated, enhancing member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Experience in a call center setting is preferred.

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.

• Capability to deliver outstanding customer service while thriving in a high-volume call environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist individuals in distress.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to multitask, including talking and typing simultaneously while navigating various systems and screens.

• Solid understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety regulations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
