• Review and process applications for the Home Energy Rebate Programs in compliance with all relevant program rules and regulations.
• Input, monitor, and manage rebate applications using the program application and rebate processing systems.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist callers with inquiries regarding application status or questions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service support.
• Stay informed about eligible products, services, and customer service procedures.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, work autonomously, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
• Engage with a diverse client base, including special populations and individuals with unique needs and communication barriers.
• Make decisions that may have financial, programmatic benefits, or legal implications, often involving technical complexities.
• Process and oversee large amounts of detailed program data.
• Complete all assigned tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Support the supervisor and project manager with any requested activities.
• Actively communicate to Guidehouse management any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of pertinent experience.
• 0-3+ years of experience in sectors such as grants management, business, finance, or customer service.
• Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge and usage of desktop applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Capability to initiate and complete projects while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Practical knowledge of customer service responsibilities, experience with grants management programs, and application reviews.
