Call Center Representative – Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for engaging with potential clients to arrange appointments for the sales team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services to educate prospective clients.

• Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls while achieving performance targets for converting calls into appointments.

• Adhere to the established sales process for appointment setting, ensuring the confirmation of complete and accurate client information.

• Accurately log all activities and information in the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee that each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with Bath & Cabinet Experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a multi-product sales environment is preferred.

• A background in inside sales within the home improvement sector is highly desired.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required.

• Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus.

• Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent phone and communication skills are essential.

• Must be energetic and maintain a positive attitude.

• Should be task-oriented and motivated to meet and surpass goals.
