
Call Center Representative β Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
β’ Responsible for engaging with potential clients to arrange appointments for the sales team.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services to educate prospective clients.
β’ Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls while achieving performance targets for converting calls into appointments.
β’ Adhere to the established sales process for appointment setting, ensuring the confirmation of complete and accurate client information.
β’ Accurately log all activities and information in the CRM system.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee that each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with Bath & Cabinet Experts.
β’ Previous experience in a multi-product sales environment is preferred.
β’ A background in inside sales within the home improvement sector is highly desired.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required.
β’ Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus.
β’ Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Excellent phone and communication skills are essential.
β’ Must be energetic and maintain a positive attitude.
β’ Should be task-oriented and motivated to meet and surpass goals.
