Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls efficiently and professionally, addressing queries related to educational programs and services.

• Deliver precise and comprehensive information about admissions, financial aid, and available courses.

• Assist in scheduling campus tours and informational sessions for prospective students.

• Keep meticulous records of calls and follow up as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve and surpass customer service goals.

• Manage customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.

• Stay informed about university programs and policies to provide accurate information to callers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is advantageous.

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service position is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with callers.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to helping others succeed.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
