• Stay informed about university programs and policies to provide accurate information to callers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service position is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with callers.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to helping others succeed.
