Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Responsible for managing the Call Center equipment and facilitating prompt, professional, and courteous communication between the Healthcare System and its customers.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with no prior experience necessary.

• Strong communication skills are essential for frequently handling telephone calls while managing multiple interruptions and maintaining positive interactions.
