This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides assistance to customers regarding a diverse range of benefit inquiries and plan features through internal systems, leveraging Salesforce and SharePoint reference materials.
• Aids in the implementation of new clients into call center processes and systems.
• Supports the configuration of the client's open enrollment within call center systems and processes.
• Facilitates enrollment processing, investigates eligibility and enrollment issues, and monitors new hire processing.
• Advises and instructs clients on their online administration systems concerning new hires, eligibility changes, life events, and open enrollment modifications in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assists with claims by researching and resolving any claims-related issues.
• Updates internal systems (e.g., SharePoint) with client benefit information.
• Generates monthly utilization reports.
• Provides support to Senior Management and Account Executives with various duties and projects.
• Undertakes other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and customer service communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette within a call-center environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Must work effectively with others in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite products, along with internet use.
• Experience utilizing internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint & Call Center systems) to provide comprehensive client service.
• Strong organizational, prioritization skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to multi-task efficiently.
• Must be able to scrutinize details and identify potential discrepancies.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality in accordance with department standards.
• Background in the insurance industry or knowledge of group insurance products.
• Resident Department of Insurance Life License (required or to be completed within 3 months of the start date).
