• Communicate with policyholders, CPAs, bookkeepers, and agents to obtain additional necessary information
• Strong judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, word processing, and email applications
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong writing capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must possess high-speed internet access
