β’ Act as the main contact for incoming calls from client facilities.
β’ Oversee all work orders related to facilities and the engineering department.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service while providing timely updates on work order resolutions.
β’ Handle multiple work request applications and adhere to escalation protocols.
β’ Uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect patient privacy.
β’ Track queue times to enhance productivity and process work orders via Corrigo.
β’ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center setting.
β’ Proficient in operating a Windows OS desktop computer seamlessly.
β’ Solid knowledge and experience using WebEx and Microsoft Office Suite tools (such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).
β’ Expertise in using the Corrigo work order management system.
β’ Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or equivalent call center software.
β’ Outstanding customer service abilities paired with professional communication skills.
