Call Center Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for incoming calls from client facilities.

• Oversee all work orders related to facilities and the engineering department.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing timely updates on work order resolutions.

• Handle multiple work request applications and adhere to escalation protocols.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect patient privacy.

• Track queue times to enhance productivity and process work orders via Corrigo.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center setting.

• Proficient in operating a Windows OS desktop computer seamlessly.

• Solid knowledge and experience using WebEx and Microsoft Office Suite tools (such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).

• Expertise in using the Corrigo work order management system.

• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or equivalent call center software.

• Outstanding customer service abilities paired with professional communication skills.
