This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Manage incoming calls from members and providers, providing precise information regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries effectively while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in various systems during live calls.
• Achieve performance goals including quality benchmarks, service levels, and productivity targets.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere dedicated to delivering dependable and responsive support.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume setting.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred (such as medical office, pharmacy, insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare call center).
• Strong computer skills with the capability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication abilities, able to handle challenging conversations with composure.
• Self-driven and reliable, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
