Call Center Executive – Career & Education Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with international students.

• Offer expert education and career guidance in English.

• Advocate for UK university and college programs.

• Conduct daily follow-ups with designated international leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in call center sales, education consultancy, or telesales.

• Proficient English speaking skills are essential (clarity of accent and confidence required).

• Experience in interacting with international clients or students.

• Educational background in English Medium or Bengali Medium with IELTS Speaking score of 7.0 or higher.

• Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Confident phone manner and a customer-centric approach.

• Willingness to work during UK time zone hours.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
