This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Respond to incoming telephone calls and address basic customer inquiries or redirect calls to the relevant personnel.
β’ Document calls in account history records and initiate necessary confirmations without direct supervision.
β’ Investigate customer queries and provide timely responses to the appropriate parties.
β’ Manage calls to achieve or surpass service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Log calls, fulfill requests, and update account histories with accurate documentation.
β’ Conduct data entry and ensure documents are matched to the correct accounts.
β’ Collaborate with team members, management, and customers regarding customer service matters.
β’ Handle incoming customer calls throughout scheduled shifts.
β’ Participate in all mandatory training sessions during the 90-day training phase.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any field.
β’ Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
β’ Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on both written and verbal communication.
β’ Capability to comprehend team responsibilities and identify the appropriate stakeholders for addressing client inquiries.
β’ Must be a resident of Connecticut.
β’ Successful completion of the 90-day training period is required.
β’ Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM post-training; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during training.
