This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Support clients with inquiries and requests related to insurance
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and text
• Conduct follow-ups with clients concerning documentation and policy changes
• Precisely input and update customer information in company databases
• Address customer issues in a professional and prompt manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Proficient in both English and Russian (spoken and written)
• Required prior experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong computer proficiency and a quick learner of new systems
• Dependable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
• Availability to work during PST business hours
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
