Call Center Agent – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of telephone contact and assist customers with general inquiries.

• Alleviate the workload for our Sales team by addressing customer inquiries that fall outside the sales process.

• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to research order status and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Achieve your individual targets and contribute to the team's objectives in terms of quality and quantity.

• Assist in ensuring customers receive their new car as swiftly as possible — through our unique Glastruck delivery directly to their doorstep!

• Some background in dialog marketing, call center operations, or private customer service.

• You enjoy engaging over the phone and possess a structured, dependable, and solution-focused approach to work.

• A team player mentality with a proactive attitude is essential.

• You bring a positive outlook and a strong dedication to achieving self-imposed objectives.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written — English skills are a bonus, along with a confident usage of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
