Call Center Agent – Loan Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As the specialist responsible for safeguarding the loans we facilitate, you provide our clients with guidance over the phone regarding suitable insurance products.

• You evaluate each client's unique requirements and assist them with customized solutions using our internal systems.

• You consider customers' individual preferences and ensure high levels of satisfaction by maintaining a strong service orientation.

• This role does not involve cold calling — all clients anticipate and welcome your expert guidance.

• You have acquired some experience in sales or customer-facing positions (such as sales or telesales).

• You possess a service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in lending products.

• You are an effective communicator who can engage clients with an open and professional demeanor over the phone.

• You are enthusiastic about personal development, highly motivated, and prepared to embark on your career with us.

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial field (for instance, a business apprenticeship).
