Call Center Agent, Inbound Sales – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Addressing incoming customer inquiries regarding travel offers

• Delivering knowledgeable customer guidance and actively promoting appropriate travel products

• Overseeing service and sales requests through inbound communication

• Participating in emergency hotline shifts (including nights)

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in telephone sales, inbound sales, or customer service – preferably within a contact center setting

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for active selling

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working reliably and independently (freelancer model)

• Availability to work shifts, including night and on-call emergency duties

• Proficient use of standard CRM and telephony software or a strong technical aptitude

• Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

• An interest in travel subjects is a plus
