Call Center Agent, Inbound Sales – Deutsch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding travel offers.

• Provide knowledgeable consultations to customers and actively promote suitable travel products.

• Handle service and sales requests through inbound communications.

• Participate in emergency hotline shifts, which may include nights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in telephone sales, inbound sales, or customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for active selling.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently (freelancer model).

• Availability to work shifts, including night and on-call emergency shifts.

• Comfortable using common CRM and telephony tools, or possess a strong technical aptitude.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

• An interest in travel topics is a plus.
