This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to auctions, utilizing approved scripts.
• Provide clear explanations of auction details, deadlines, and subsequent steps.
• Accurately record call outcomes and tenant responses in the system.
• Execute multiple call attempts and adhere to required follow-up procedures.
• Approach sensitive or escalated discussions with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, legal standards, and internal guidelines.
• Identify and report trends, issues, or concerns to team leaders.
• Participate in additional outbound call projects as business needs evolve.
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling environment (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capacity to remain composed during high-stress or sensitive discussions.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call systems.
• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding documentation accuracy.
