This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to auctions using provided scripts.
• Provide clear explanations of auction specifics, deadlines, and subsequent steps.
• Accurately record call outcomes and tenant responses in the system.
• Make multiple call attempts and adhere to required follow-up procedures.
• Manage sensitive or escalated discussions with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, legal standards, and internal policies.
• Identify and report trends, issues, or concerns to team leaders.
• Participate in additional outbound call projects as business needs evolve.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to remain composed during high-stress or sensitive conversations.
• Comfort in working independently and effectively managing your time.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation.
