Call Center Agent – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to auctions using approved scripts.

• Provide clear explanations of auction details, deadlines, and the subsequent steps involved.

• Accurately document the outcomes of calls and responses from tenants in the system.

• Execute multiple call attempts and adhere to necessary follow-up procedures.

• Approach sensitive or escalated discussions with empathy and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with timelines, legal standards, and internal policies.

• Report trends, issues, or concerns to team leaders.

• Participate in additional outbound calling projects as business needs evolve.

• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to remain composed in high-stress or sensitive situations.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call systems.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation.
