• Approach sensitive or escalated discussions with empathy and professionalism.

• Report trends, issues, or concerns to team leaders.
• Participate in additional outbound calling projects as business needs evolve.
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to remain composed in high-stress or sensitive situations.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call systems.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation.
