This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In collaboration with your future team, you will provide guidance to our clients on credit protection post-loan approval.
• You will consider each client's unique preferences and guarantee high satisfaction through a strong focus on service.
• You will assess clients' specific needs and assist them with customized solutions utilizing our internal systems.
• This position does not involve cold calling — all clients are anticipating and eager for your telephone consultation.
• Our advanced communication tools and the digital closing capabilities offered by our partners facilitate an efficient workday.
• You have acquired initial experience in sales or customer-oriented roles (e.g., sales or telesales).
• You possess a service-oriented mindset and have a keen interest in credit products.
• You are an exceptional communicator and present an open and professional demeanor over the phone.
• You are highly dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• You are motivated to grow, highly driven, and enthusiastic about starting your journey with us.
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
