This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries or finalize leads/sales.
• Perform data entry to maintain updates in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Respond to email correspondence.
• Generate reports utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Achieve service level agreements as established.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Typing Speed: minimum of 40 WPM.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and engage with various personality types.
• Intelligent and quick-witted.
• No prior BPO experience necessary; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• MUST POSSESS the following equipment:
• - Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or newer) and 8 GB RAM.
• - OS: Windows 10 or newer (MacOS equivalent is acceptable).
• - Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling capability.
• - Internet connection: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
• - Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord.
