Call Agent – B2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You will reach out to our clients via phone to arrange appointments with individuals interested in consultations.

• You will facilitate the scheduling of these appointments with our client advisors.

• You have a keen interest in financial matters and will effectively utilize the knowledge you gain and enhance with us during client interactions.

• Prior experience in the financial industry or in roles that involve customer interaction.

• Background in telephone sales or telemarketing.

• A sales-driven, energetic, and motivated personality.

• Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and friendly telephone demeanor.

• Articulate, open-minded, and welcoming.

• Experience in telesales is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
