⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or within a business unit.

• Familiarity with the products and processes of the assigned business area.

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to articulate complex concepts.

• Understanding of project management principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Capacity to solve problems across various environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Completion of Epic's certification program within 6 weeks of the last class for the supported application is required.

• Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is preferred.

• Experience in leveraging technology strategically for business management.
