CAD/CNC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Overseeing engineering activities across multiple projects simultaneously, including design, troubleshooting, communication with partners, and supplier interactions.

• Knowledge of efficient construction methods for material usage, shipping options such as pre-assembled or flat-packed items, and various production methodologies to guarantee quality, precision, efficiency, and cost savings.

• Collaborating with engineers and designers to create innovative and manufacturable designs.

• Regularly updating and maintaining CAD libraries and design documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in CAD design and CNC programming, particularly in the context of precision manufacturing.

• Background in engineering for retail fixtures, event constructions, and custom fixtures, covering both the design and manufacturing phases.

• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., GCode, vCarve, AutoCAD, or similar applications).

• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and machining processes.

• Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360) is an advantage.
