This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Administer, manage, and ensure adherence to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
• Supervise daily operations of CACFP sites in line with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Create, implement, and monitor program policies and procedures.
• Develop and oversee the program budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and provide technical support.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to regulatory agencies.
• Oversee the preparation, approval, and submission of reimbursement claims.
• Train and offer technical assistance to staff and site personnel regarding CACFP regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with TLE Child Care Center Management Teams to guarantee high-quality nutrition services.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment consistent with NVK’s Core Values.
• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in nutrition or food service management.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in nutrition or managing a CACFP program.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CACFP regulations and requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CACFP-related software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
