C# .NET Developer – AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain conversational text (WhatsApp) and voice (IVR) bots, prioritizing generative AI solutions and deterministic workflows to create intelligent conversational experiences;

• Engage directly with internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements, suggest technical solutions, and actively participate in squad refinement sessions;

• Craft conversational flows — both text and voice — with a strong focus on user experience and alignment with business objectives;

• Connect bots with APIs, legacy systems, and messaging platforms;

• Leverage AI tools to expedite development and enhance code quality, contributing to the squad's culture of AI adoption;

• Create and assess automated tests to guarantee the quality and stability of deliverables;

• Document technical solutions and developed flows, ensuring knowledge remains accessible to the team;

• Identify and recommend technical and experiential enhancements for existing bots;

• Collaborate with the QA team in validating and accepting deliverables;

• Share technical expertise with the team in a collaborative manner, fostering the squad's collective growth;

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing conversational solutions or automations integrated with APIs and messaging platforms;

• Practical experience with projects involving generative AI and large language models (LLMs);

• Demonstrated experience working in agile squads, actively engaging in technical refinements and end-to-end deliveries;

• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET;

• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations;

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API;

• Knowledge of Git Flow and version control;

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in conversational bot development projects (text and/or voice);

• Experience in maintaining systems in production is a plus;

• Conceptual understanding of voice protocols for IVR (VoIP, SIP, VXML) — technical training will be provided on the job;
