C++ Developer – Tech Lead, Image Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and implement high-performance algorithms for image processing that enhance intelligent photo-editing features.

• Contribute to and advance a cross-platform C++ core library utilized across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring it remains scalable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

• Depending on your experience level, you may also take on leadership roles for technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions within a small feature team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in C++ development (C++17/C++20).

• In-depth understanding of modern C++ concepts (RAII, move semantics, STL, templates).

• Strong grasp of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in breaking down complex tasks, setting milestones, and estimating development efforts.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Robust architectural thinking with the capacity to design scalable and maintainable cross-platform solutions.

• Skilled at defining technical direction and managing the implementation process from design to delivery.

• Product-oriented mindset: capable of not only executing tasks correctly but also ensuring the right tasks are prioritized—making thoughtful trade-offs between quality, performance, and product impact.
