• MANDATORY: Background in Capital Markets / Equities

• Proficient experience in C++ development

• Familiarity with:

• Market Data (B3)

• Order Routing

• OMS (Order Management System)

• Trading Platforms

• Electronic trading integrations

• Capability to work efficiently in a team and engage with both technical and business stakeholders

• Analytical, proactive approach with a focus on ownership
