C# Developer, Mid-level – Back-End, Microservices Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee software development initiatives and offer technical support to fellow team members.

• Design and sustain APIs and services utilizing C# (.NET / .NET Core).

• Play a role in the advancement of a microservices-oriented architecture.

• Engage with events to facilitate service-to-service integration.

• Develop and uphold automated tests (unit, integration, contract).

• Track service performance using structured logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.

• Take part in technical discussions, code evaluations, and architectural choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.

• Practical experience with C# and .NET.

• Thorough understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and endpoint versioning.

• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server) and ORM mapping (Entity Framework / Dapper).

• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.

• Background in distributed systems or microservices.

• Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Additional skills (not mandatory, but highly regarded):

• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and defining Bounded Contexts.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure).
