C++ Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain software applications utilizing C++.

• Focus on core back-end applications, including a custom AI engine and military modeling.

• Integrate software solutions with various M&S systems, military Command and Control (C2), and Intelligence systems.

• Provide support across diverse computing environments, ranging from cloud-based to embedded computing.

• Engage in the design and implementation of software modifications based on client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in C++ Development for Windows Operating System.

• Experience in Performance Optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Familiarity with Modeling & Simulation (recommended).

• Understanding of GIS & Mapping (recommended).

• Competence in Geometric algorithms (recommended).

• Experience with version control systems such as Mercurial, Git, or SVN (recommended).

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins (recommended).

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes (recommended).

• Proficiency in Linux (recommended).

• Understanding of military concepts and tactics (recommended).

• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other programming languages (recommended).
