This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Upload new product collections to Shopify and various marketplace platforms, ensuring precision and prompt execution.
• Assist in product setup, which includes data entry, image uploads, image resizing, and upholding brand presentation standards across all digital platforms.
• Add and manage product tags and attributes to enhance site navigation, search optimization, and merchandising efforts.
• Maintain precise assortment information, including updates on pricing, SKU alterations, inventory status, and the archiving of discontinued items.
• Support merchandising and assortment projects as necessary, ensuring that product information stays current and well-organized.
• Conduct research on emerging brands, trends, and market opportunities, presenting insights and new collection suggestions to the Buying & Merchandising team.
• Assist with reporting, assortment analysis, and other ad hoc projects to further the department's objectives.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team setting.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in retail, merchandising, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas and VLOOKUPs is essential.
• Preferred experience with Shopify, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
