This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, sustain, and oversee LS Cable's sales within a designated territory.
• Supervise independent sales representative organizations, manage sales to distribution, and facilitate distribution sales to contractors and end users.
• Implement technical specification initiatives to enhance the brand image and identity of LS Cable products.
• Engage in targeted customer outreach, deliver technical presentations, and participate in public speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with LS Cable manufacturers' representatives to align efforts.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the electrical cable industry and/or training.
• Established familiarity and connections within the specified territory are essential.
• Knowledge of the electrical wire and cable market for commercial and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), alongside strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• General technical understanding of the properties and standards associated with electrical wire and cable.
• Capability to effectively convey information and address inquiries from senior management, clients, and customers.
• Proficiency in analyzing pricing and contribution margins.
• Skill in deriving optimal solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Travel is required.
• This is a remote position.
