This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Full ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) across various manufacturing and design locations.
• Manage pricing strategies for materials, value-added services, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), and Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) business models.
• Create and oversee financial models that facilitate portfolio growth, margin improvement, and sustained profitability.
• Responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) results, Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for customer relationships, guiding the strategic relationship roadmap from senior leadership to day-to-day operations.
• Propel organic growth while broadening the business's reach into new programs, technologies, and services.
• Lead intricate contract negotiations, pricing dialogues, volume commitments, and contract amendments with stakeholders at the director, senior director, and VP levels.
• Guarantee a consistent customer experience and Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment across all global locations.
• Direct multi-site operational execution, including supply chain development, manufacturing transitions, and new product launches.
• Oversee the execution of design-led manufacturing (JDM) programs, from initial design collaboration to production scaling.
• Provide strategic oversight for portfolio management, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, operational capacities, and profitability objectives.
• Collaborate closely with global Design and Engineering teams in North America and Asia.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in business management, operations, supply chain, and customer leadership roles within a manufacturing setting.
• At least 4 years of experience in people leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex global accounts with comprehensive P&L responsibility.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and expanding customer portfolios.
• Proven ability to convert strategy into operational execution on a large scale.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and influencing skills with both customers and internal leadership.
• Experience with connected hardware, software, automation, and design-focused solutions is highly preferred.
