This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Acquire practical experience and insights into various facets of the business.
• Rotate through teams according to personal interests and business requirements.
• Assist with sales administration tasks.
• Aid in sales coordination efforts.
• Operate as a quote and order specialist.
• Facilitate project coordination activities.
• Support Daktronics Sports Marketing initiatives.
• Engage in trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with a mentor to enhance critical thinking, initiative, and knowledge of Daktronics products, practices, and procedures.
• Establish a foundation for potential future full-time roles.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Consumer Behavior, Economics, Entrepreneurial Studies, or a related field.
• Preferred registration in at least 12 credits.
• Ideally a sophomore or junior in school.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above.
• Submission of unofficial or web transcripts is required with the application.
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, with a maximum of 20 hours.
• Up to 40 hours per week during the summer months.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and cooperative.
• Capable of working independently and maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
• Eager to learn and contribute to new projects, including the use of unfamiliar software and tools.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving responsibilities.
• Proficient in general computer usage, including accurate keyboarding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
