Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage inbound calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Foster rapport and build relationships through organic conversation.

• Assess customer needs to determine the appropriateness of products/services.

• Present solutions and make sales proposals in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects via phone and other communication methods.

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer information in company databases.

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions towards a sale.

• Connect with various businesses, including automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional entities.

• Articulate the value of the company's services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confidence in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having casual, engaging dialogues without relying on a script.

• Strong aptitude for quick thinking and natural responses to customer inquiries.

• Proficient in multitasking across phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Resilient in facing rejections and eager to pursue subsequent opportunities.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.

• Availability to work from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday to Friday.
