Business-to-Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective customers.

• Manage inbound calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.

• Cultivate rapport and foster relationships through authentic conversation.

• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and extend sales proposals in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects using phone and various communication channels.

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer information within company systems.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions towards closing a sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having informal, engaging discussions without relying on a script.

• Quick thinking with a natural response style to customer inquiries.

• Able to multitask effectively between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in hearing "no" and eager to pursue the next opportunity.

• Professional, positive, and personable approach to communication.

• Proficient in computer skills and typing.

• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

• Availability to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.

• Full-time commitment for 40 hours per week.
