This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective clients.
• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.
• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop rapport and build relationships through genuine conversations.
• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services.
• Present solutions and make sales propositions in a conversational manner.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone and other communication methods.
• Maintain precise notes and customer data in company databases.
• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.
• Address objections and steer discussions towards a sale.
• Connect with businesses such as automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and various professional organizations.
• Think quickly, ask pertinent questions, identify opportunities, and articulate the value of services offered.
• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Confident in making cold calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Capable of having informal, engaging discussions without relying on scripted dialogues.
• Strong aptitude for thinking on your feet and responding naturally to customer inquiries.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, including phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer information.
• Self-motivated and determined to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity.
• Professional, positive, and personable communication approach.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
• Paid training, usually lasting 1 week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (CST).
• Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
