Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business proprietors, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Foster rapport and build relationships through genuine conversation.

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Offer solutions and present sales proposals in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with leads via phone and various communication channels.

• Keep precise notes and customer details in company databases.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and steer discussions towards a sale.

• Connect with a diverse array of businesses, including automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental practices, and other professional organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Self-assured in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having casual, engaging discussions without relying on a script.

• Strong aptitude for thinking on your feet and responding naturally to customer inquiries.

• Proficient in multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer details.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in handling rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication approach.

• Strong computer and typing proficiency.

• Ability to operate independently as well as a collaborative team member.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday (EST).

• Benefits become eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
