Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective clients

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers

• Foster rapport and build relationships through authentic conversation

• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services

• Present solutions and deliver sales pitches in a conversational manner

• Follow up with leads via phone and various communication channels

• Maintain precise notes and customer data in company databases

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day

• Address objections and steer discussions towards a sale

• Connect with businesses including automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional entities

• Articulate the value of the company's services

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers

• Confident in making cold calls and initiating discussions with new contacts

• Capable of having informal, engaging dialogues without relying on a script

• Strong aptitude for thinking on your feet and responding naturally to customer inquiries

• Proficient in multitasking across phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets

• Resilient in hearing "no" and pursuing subsequent opportunities

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style

• Strong computer skills and proficient typing ability

• Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team collaborator

• Available to work from 8:00am–5:00pm CST, Monday–Friday

• Full-time availability for 40 hours each week
