Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to various businesses and potential clients

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers

• Foster rapport and build relationships through authentic conversation

• Determine customer needs and evaluate product or service compatibility

• Present solutions and extend sales offers in a conversational manner

• Follow up with prospects via phone and other communication methods

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer information in company systems

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the workday

• Overcome objections and guide discussions towards closing a sale

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B is preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts

• Ability to carry out casual, engaging dialogues without relying on a script

• Quick thinking and natural responsiveness to customer inquiries

• Proficient in multitasking between calls, computer systems, research, and customer information

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets

• Resilient in facing rejection and ready to pursue the next opportunity

• Professional, positive, and personable communication approach

• Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Availability to work from 9:00am-6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday

• Must reside in one of the specified states
