Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested prospects.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.

• Develop rapport and establish relationships through authentic conversation.

• Assess customer needs and determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and make sales proposals in a conversational style.

• Follow up with prospects via phone and various communication channels.

• Keep precise notes and customer information in company systems.

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and confidently guide discussions toward a sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Self-assured in making cold calls and initiating conversations with unfamiliar individuals.

• Ability to engage in casual, compelling conversations without relying on a script.

• Strong aptitude to think quickly and respond naturally to customer inquiries.

• Comfortable juggling phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer information simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and eager to meet or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in the face of rejection and ready to pursue the next opportunity.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Proficient computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

• Availability to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (EST).

• Benefit eligibility begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
