Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective customers.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Develop rapport and cultivate relationships through organic conversation.

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and make sales proposals in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects via phone and various communication methods.

• Keep accurate records and customer details in company databases.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions toward a sale.

• Connect with businesses such as automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional entities.

• Articulate the value of the company’s services effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of holding casual, engaging discussions without a script.

• Quick thinker with the ability to respond naturally to customer inquiries.

• Proficient in multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer information.

• Self-driven and motivated to meet or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in hearing “no” and eager to pursue the next opportunity.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Available to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
