Business to Business Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Foster rapport and build relationships through natural dialogue.

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and propose sales offers in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects via phone and various communication channels.

• Keep accurate records and customer information within company systems.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions towards closing a sale.

• Connect with automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional entities.

• Articulate the value of the company's services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• At ease when speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of conducting informal, engaging conversations without a script.

• Quick-thinking with the ability to respond naturally to customer inquiries.

• Proficient in multitasking between calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-driven and dedicated to achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Resilient in handling rejection and eager to pursue new opportunities.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Availability to work from 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Paid training, usually lasting 1 week from 9:00am–6:00pm Monday–Friday (EST).

• Eligible for benefits starting the first of the month after 60 days.
