This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Direct the Business Analysis team to refine and enhance processes and systems within Customer Care and Private Sales.
• Ensure that all issues related to Customer Care and Private Sales processes and systems are effectively addressed (Service Support & IT).
• Maximize the use of existing systems by automating and simplifying workflows.
• Spearhead Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency in both departmental and organizational processes.
• Engage in or lead projects that introduce new or improved systems or processes.
• Suggest and implement new systems as dictated by business requirements.
• Accountable for ensuring that all key controls (ICFR Internal Controls) identified within their area of responsibility are designed and functioning as specified in the internal controls for financial reporting.
• Guarantee that policies and processes are established and followed to meet all regulatory and legal standards, including those related to organizational quality, environmental, health & safety programs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Educational qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and/or Lean Green Belt.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or projects associated with processes and systems.
