Business Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of HubSpot governance from start to finish

• Conduct audits, streamline, and unify the Zapier and overall automation framework

• Manage the HubSpot data integrity strategy

• Analyze every incoming request based on fundamental principles

• Assist in the implementation of LoanPro

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of related systems

• Act as the link between business operations, Engineering, and external partners

• Document the reasons behind decisions, not just the actions taken

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business systems, RevOps, systems administration, or a similar position within a high-growth fintech, lending, or operations-focused SaaS organization

• At least 2 years of direct CRM administration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or an equivalent platform)

• Proven experience in auditing and optimizing an automation framework (Zapier, Workato, native HubSpot workflows, or similar)

• Strong instincts in integration and data architecture

• Proficient with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic SQL at a fluent-reader / occasional-writer level

• A history of providing constructive feedback

• Background in lending, financial services, or another transaction-based environment is a significant advantage

• Direct or related experience with a loan management system (LoanPro, NLS, Mortgage Cadence, FICS, or similar) is beneficial

• Preference for candidates with over 1 year of experience in a remote or distributed work setting

• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive
