Business Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, enhance, and integrate an expanding suite of business applications.

• Collaborate across departments with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions.

• Evaluate the architecture, design, and code, providing necessary approvals.

• Implement and uphold Internet and intranet applications utilizing Salesforce.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling business processes, and developing workflows.

• Oversee daily development activities such as version control, code deployments, and process management.

• Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes.

• Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios.

• Proactively identify and suggest areas where AI/automation can be utilized to optimize workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer.

• Strong comprehension of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

• Experience with system integrations and API management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to be proactive, take initiative, and work independently.

• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and business processes as needed.
